Due to the Covid19 pandemic and the social distancing regulations that have been implemented to control its spread, Round Lake Bible Camp has cancelled all upcoming camps, retreats and user groups until further notice.
At this time, we do not anticipate being able to operate our normal summer camp schedule. It may be possible to offer a modified summer camp program if regulations are reduced enough to make this possible. We will contact campers’ families when we know what programs will run this summer. Please continue to refer to our web site www.roundlakebiblecamp.com for updated information.
Thank you for your understanding during this uncertain time. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing everyone again.
Round Lake Bible Camp exists to challenge people to commitment to Jesus Christ and to aid them in their quest for Christlikeness.
Round Lake bible camp is an interdenominational camp owned and operated by Rural Life Mission. We offer a wide range of activities that challenge our campers to experience and develop skills through participation and instruction in a controlled and safe environment. Our program is being constantly developed to provide new challenges and experiences as campers return from year to year. All of our camps provide a distinctly Christian environment for campers and staff to develop and grow in their walk with the Lord. We hold chapel sessions twice each day with a time of singing worship music and speakers who present biblical teaching with a focus on the gospel and Christian growth.
Each week of summer camp can require up to 20 volunteer staff members to run the camp. Without those volunteers, RLBC would not be able to exist! Volunteers are needed in many different areas of ministry ranging from front line staff, like cabin counselors and chapel speakers, to the many support roles including kitchen helpers, cooks, and janitors. Each position has certain responsibilities, but they are also flexible depending on your level of comfort and ability. Staff from various positions may be asked to lead crafts, sports, music, mountain hikes, and other activities depending on their knowledge and ability.
